OCR confidence varies by ink quality, page damage, and writing style. Even with review signals, output may still need manual correction.

This policy describes how ManuLens handles uploads and generated outputs.
Upload permissions
Upload only content you own or have authorized rights to process. Do not upload personal identity documents, confidential medical records, or materials you lack permission to store and process.
Third-party processors
OCR and hosting functions may use trusted partners that process files transiently for extraction and storage operations. Their role is limited to service delivery under confidentiality obligations.
Current pricing state
Payments are not open yet. During this phase, ManuLens is waitlist-based and free to join.
Data handling
- Uploads and derived outputs are processed to perform OCR and provide review-ready text.
- We may store uploaded files temporarily for a short recovery window so you can inspect a result.
- You may request deletion of your submitted files from active retention by contacting support.
- Support, legal, and abuse-safety staff can access account-related metadata when investigating policy violations.
